What are DeskCards?
DeskCards are our version of quick reference cards or "cheat sheets." We go over each title meticulously, carefully researching the ins (and outs) of what to include. The final product is a full-color, 2-sided 8.5" x 11" document which will end up being your IT lifeline.

Each DeskCard features: Full-Color Screen Shots; DeskCardHints which are designed to increase performance, customize appearance and address security issues; helpful Keyboard Shortcuts; tips on Managing Files; and TheHelpDesk which is designed to flatten the technological literacy curve.

DeskCards are convenient, easy to use, easy to customize and helpful for all levels of computer user.

What Do You Get?
The DeskCards can be ordered Electronically or Pre-Printed. Electronically, the files are delivered in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat formats and include full rights to host the files on your secure (no public access) intranet. You can fully-customize the content of the DeskCards, including adding logos and changing the content to suit your particular needs. Unlimited internal distribution rights are included with your license. Pre-Printed DeskCards are full color on both pages.

How Much Is It? The DeskCard Library is $749. See a current title list here.. The library includes one year of free updates (and we add approximately 4 titles per month.) The license NEVER expires and has no annual fees.

Individual Electronic DeskCard licenses are $149. Like our Complete Library, you can fully-customize the content of the DeskCard, including adding logos and changing content, and, like our Library License, you also have unlimited internal distribution and printing rights. The license NEVER expires and has no annual fees.

Pre-Printed DeskCards are $2.00 per card plus shipping.
