What are DeskGuides?
DeskGuides are designed for those customers who need more than is covered in a traditional computer quick reference card - either 2 page cards like ours or slightly longer ones than some other suppliers. And unlike our industry-leading Courseware, the DeskGuides are designed to be customized with your logo only, then printed out. We've saved you the time of finding the most relevant lessons and screenshots from our Courseware and DeskCards.
Each DeskGuide features: Full-Color Screen Shots including basic vocabulary to help a user utilize the online help within an application; A helpful Keyboard Shortcut Chart which is stapled in the middle fold of the DeskGuide for easy removal (and easy ongoing reference); and Basic, Intermediate and Advanced tips for an Application or Operating System.
DeskGuides can be printed by our clients right from their computer. They're designed to be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper and folded in half. They're not the incredibly thick (and incredibly confusing) documentation that can come with your software - even if you could still find that material.

What Do You Get?
The DeskGuides can be ordered one of two ways. As an Electronic Library you receive all of our DeskGuides in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Formats, as well as full rights to host the files on your secure intranet. You can fully customize the content of the DeskGuides, including adding logos and changing text, and make unlimited hard-copy printouts for internal use. You can also order individual DeskGuide titles.
How Much Is It?
The DeskGuide Library is $1000 and features currently over 20 titles. See title list here. The library includes one year of free updates. The license NEVER expires and has no annual fees.
Individual Electronic DeskGuide licenses are $200. You can do unlimited hard copy printouts of the licensed title and post the title on your secure intranet. The license NEVER expires and has no annual fees.
